We upload all documentation and photos onto our cloud based server which are there to share with the owners in the future if required even once the Renovations & Extensions is completed.

DPV Construction has been completing Strata Maintenance and Improvements since 2011.

We are a one stop shop for larger scale residential buildings.

Over time, we gain vital knowledge of the building and will generally know more about the building than a lot of the owners who live there.

With a growing 'throw away' culture, we are reusing as much as possible in relation to the existing building.

Many buildings have asbestos lined soffit sheets which can potentially be dangerous. 

DPV Construction has a package to offer where we can professionally remove the sheeting, prepare the fascia and timmers, then install new cement sheet eaves and apply Dulux paint over the top.
